Assistant Director of Residential Services

Credentials: LLMSW, QMHP

Elena Brennan-Donaldson joined ROI in 2018 and worked at both the Jackson and Okemos ABA locations as the Operations Manager. In 2024, Elena transitioned to the residential side of the company where she serves as a Quality Control Manager and Behavior Therapist. In 2026, she began her new role as Assistant Director of Residential Services. Elena loves her job and finds so much joy helping residents live their most independent lives.

Outside of work Elena enjoys running, walking her dogs, and spending time with her young family.
