Assistant Director of Human Resources & Compliance
Jessica Stults began her career with ROI in February 2009 as a Residential Technician. She later advanced into managing an ILS site before moving into the office in 2013 to work in payroll. While working full-time, Jessica earned her bachelor’s in business administration from Baker College, graduating in 2016. That same year, she transitioned into the Quality Control department, where she continued to expand her expertise and leadership skills. In 2021, Jessica stepped into the role of Residential Scheduling Manager within the Human Resources department. In 2026, she was promoted to Assistant Director of Human Resources and Compliance.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and animals.
