Operations and Human Resources Teams

Meet the ROI Operations and Human Resources teams! Our Operations team consists of various roles, including Operations Manager(s) for each of our Learning Center(s) for Autism, a Billing department, Learning Center Scheduler(s), and our Audit team. The Operations and HR teams works with ABA and residential families and clients throughout their tenure with ROI, from the initial client intake; insurance benefit checks; monthly scheduling; payer compliance; submission of client claims, management of the reimbursement, and authorizations; and client graduation / change of services.
