Quality Control Team

The primary aim of the Quality Control team is to increase the quality of care provided to our clients and their families. In addition to serving as the office point of contact for sites without behavior therapist support, these team members visit our sites to ensure that ROI clients receive the highest quality of care and that Residential Technicians are properly trained to complete client data accurately and in a timely manner. They also serve as the touch point for our families, aiding in data collection and review to ensure readiness for State mandated annual audits.
