Opportunities for Advancement
We invest in our employees with training and mentoring, and acknowledge their investment in our clients. ROI rewards performance through annual evaluations with merit-based wage increases. We promote from within and have many employees who consider themselves “lifers.”
Brent Brettrager, ROI Supported Independent Living Site Coordinator
“I have been extremely happy with the support I find within the company as a whole.”
At every level, ROI is about relationship building. Perhaps the most inspiring of those relationships are the ones that develop between clients and direct care staff. Our best employees are the ones that recognize that they can get as much from this job as they put in … and more.
John Hubbard, ROI Employee
“Watching the people I work with grow is the best part of my job. Seeing them grow has changed me. They’ve done more for me than I’ll ever be able to do for them.”
Low Management Turnover
The administrative and clinical supervisors place a high priority on providing support to supervisors and staff in the field. Managers from all sites and homes meet monthly as group—to support each other and to learn from each other. Group Home Managers and Supported Independent Living Site Coordinators also have monthly one-on-one supervision meetings with our Director of Operations to discuss concerns and receive feedback.
